Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
• ARRT (R) or ARMRIT certification required at hire or within 4 months.
• Must clear MRI safety screening to safely work in Zone IV.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scanning procedures and post-processing.
• Explain the MRI process to patients clearly and reassuringly.
• Ensure safety procedures and zone compliance; report hazards.
• Document exam rationale, notes, consents, and QA data.
• Maintain quality control on MRI units and related equipment.
