Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking an MRI Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services. You will perform MRI exams, position patients, select protocols, and ensure safety and quality in collaboration with radiologists.

This on-site role requires completion of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program; ARDMS/ARRT registration and BCLS. No experience is required, though 6 months as an MRI Technologist is preferred, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited training.
• No experience required; 6 months as an MRI Technologist preferred.
• Licenses: ARDMS or ARRT Radiographer registered; BCLS required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates competence and proficiency in performing MRI procedures on patients of all ages.
• Positions patient, selects the correct protocol, and uses imaging equipment.
• Follows imaging protocols and performs quality control procedures per guidelines.
• Delivers patient education and maintains age-appropriate care.
• Maintains competencies in non-scanner related components.
• Provides safe, compassionate patient care per prescribed standards.
