Job summary

MedStar Health's Good Samaritan Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist II to deliver safe, high-quality imaging. This is a full-time day shift (M-F 6:30a - 4p) with a rotating day off and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Under supervision, you will perform routine and specialized MRI procedures, ensure patient safety, administer contrast, and participate in QA, training, and performance improvement initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or
• Certificate in Radiologic Technology or MRI from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized MRI imaging procedures.
• Select appropriate technical factors and administer contrast per policy.
• Ensure patient safety, positioning, and comfort; assist with invasive MRI procedures.
• Participate in QA, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Document procedures and ensure images are properly distributed to PACS.
