Job summary

MedStar Health's Good Samaritan Hospital in Dundalk, MD is seeking an MRI Technologist II for a full-time day shift. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and entails performing routine and specialized MRI imaging with emphasis on safety, patient care, and teamwork.

You will work under general supervision, manage IV contrast, QA, and prepare patients for procedures while upholding ARRT/ARRT standards and Joint Commission requirements. The hiring range is $42.82–$71.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; or certificate in Radiologic Technology or MRI from an approved program.
• Three to four years MRI experience required.
• Must be ARMRIT or ARRT (MRI) certified on hire; or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized MRI imaging procedures.
• Demonstrate competency across locations and patient populations; select appropriate factors and administer contrast per policy.
• Maintain MR safety, screen patients, and ensure correct patient positioning to minimize artifacts.
