Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking an MRI Technologist II to provide quality MRI imaging under physician supervision. Responsibilities include administering MRI contrast per protocol, reviewing safety screenings, and coordinating with care teams.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT certification and about 1 year of x-ray experience for cross-training, with education in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent trade certification.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• 1 year x-ray experience for cross-training.
• Education: ALD Radiologic Sciences or trade school certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality MRI imaging to patients under supervision.
• Administer MRI contrast per protocol.
• Review patient records for accuracy and implants via vendor resources.
• Explain procedures to patients and complete documentation.
