Job summary

CHI in College Station, Texas, is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform quality MRI examinations for diagnostic purposes. You will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, operating advanced MRI equipment, and capturing high-quality images while providing an excellent patient experience.

A successful candidate will have experience in MRI, hold the necessary ARRT certifications, and demonstrate skill in patient communication. The role offers relocation assistance to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in MRI.
• Medical Radiographer certification in Texas.
• Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT(R)) and MRI certification (ARRT(MRI)).
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations to assist in diagnosing medical conditions.
• Prepare patients for scans and operate MRI equipment.
• Ensure patient safety in the magnetic environment and capture detailed images.
• Screen patients for MR safety prior to procedures.
• Administer contrast media as directed.
