Qualifications

• Graduate from ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine program.
• MRI registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and refer questions to Radiologist before exams.
• Identify patients and explain procedures using two identifiers.
• Review medical history and correlate with exam findings.
• Perform MRI scans and assist during invasive procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and report equipment issues to leadership.
• Operate radiology computer system and document contrast administration.
