Job summary

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of clinical MRI experience as a registered MRI Technologist required.
  • ARRT or ARMRIT certification eligibility within 12 months of hire required or eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Performs MRI procedures according to orders and protocols, ensuring high-quality images.
  • Reviews patient histories and questionnaires to identify contraindications and ensure safety.
  • Operates MRI equipment and processing software per safety guidelines.
  • Educates and prepares patients for MRI exams, addressing questions and alleviating concerns.
  • Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team to achieve optimal imaging results.
  • Maintains MRI supplies and equipment, ensuring sterility and readiness.
