Job summary

Qualifications include a High School diploma, completion of a Radiologic Technology Program, and ARRT or ARMRIT registration within a year of employment. Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program/Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Registered with ARRT in Radiography (R) or ARMRIT (MRI) within one year of employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience as MRI Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality MRI images through knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
• Effectively interview patients for relevant medical history.
• Operate MRI equipment and ensure safety protocols are met.
• Identify patients using two patient identifiers.
