Job summary

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in MRI ARRT registry eligibility or ARMRIT program required.

Responsibilities

• Examinations: verifies orders, refers to Radiologist, and conducts MRI exams per protocol.
• Identify patients using two identifiers and prepare them with explanations of procedures.
• Obtain and document clinical history from EMR and requisitions for correlation with imaging.
• Perform MRI scanning and assist in invasive procedures as needed.
• Maintain radiation safety and report equipment malfunctions to leadership.
• Provide patient care during exams and respond to urgent clinical situations.
