Job summary

Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a Level 1 Trauma Center team. You will perform MRI exams with independence, prepare patients, administer contrast, and start intravenous lines while upholding MRI safety.

Qualifications

Job description

Work with a great team and cutting-edge scanning technology as a patient-centered MRI Technologist in a Level 1 Trauma Center. This position joins an expanding team and performs MRI exams using independent judgment and initiative, prepares patients for MRI exams, administers contrast media, and is capable of starting an intravenous catheter. This position also functions as a resource for Radiologic Technology students and interns and is an advocate for MRI safety.

This job provides:

• Environmental balance - 1.5-2 techs per scanner.
• Focus around MRI safety.
• Creative work schedule and more time outside of work.
• Lots of variety - rotation through both clinics and Regions Hospital.
• Holiday rotation.

Work Schedule

• Overnight Shift 1745-0615
  Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat and Thur Fri

Required Qualifications

• One year of Radiologic Technologist clinical experience.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Registered as an MRI Technologist with the ARRT.
• BLS from an AHA- or ARC-sponsored program.

Additional Information

This is a non-union 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period) evening shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $41.51-$57.82 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
