Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking an MRI Technologist for the Evening shift at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. The role involves following radiologist protocols, operating the MRI scanner to produce high-quality images, and preparing the scan room and equipment accordingly.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and an AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Non-Degree program from a approved AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program required.
• 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist required.
• 1 Year Experience As a MRI Technologist Preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI studies following set protocol established by the Radiologists.
• Operates the MRI scanner to produce images of consistent optimal quality.
• Prepares scan room and equipment as appropriate.
• Positions patient, coils and equipment as required.
• Maintains communication with the patient throughout the scanning procedure.
