Job summary

Banner Health seeks a full-time MRI Technologist for a float position based in Sun City, AZ. The role offers exposure to multiple imaging sites, high-quality MRI exams, and strict adherence to ACR and Banner Imaging protocols.

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI certification or equivalent
• State licensure as applicable
• MRI advanced certification within 18 months of hire
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed MRI procedures following orders and department policy
• Educate patients and families about procedures and safety measures
• Produce high quality images and maintain accurate documentation
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure a safe patient environment
• Provide compassionate patient care while adhering to privacy policies
• Support workflow and inventory to avoid service interruptions
• Collaborate with site leadership and MRI leadership for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards
