Job summary

Corewell Health East is seeking an MRI Technologist Flex B to perform diagnostic MR exams and float across multiple Corewell Health East facilities. The role reports to the Corewell Health East Flex Office in Southfield, MI, and supports imaging services across Royal Oak, Troy, Grosse Pointe, and Farmington Hills.

The position requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, MRI/ARRT or ARMRIT certification upon hire, and 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree or equivalent (JRCERT accredited radiography program).
• Requires 2 years of relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level.
• MRI certifications (ARMRIT or ARRT) Upon Hire or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MR exams using appropriate imaging equipment and techniques.
• Float within assigned Corewell Health East hospitals as needed.
• Work under general supervision following established policies and procedures.

The MRI Technologist Flex B agrees to float within assigned hospitals throughout Corewell Health East (Royal Oak, Troy, Grosse Pointe and Farmington Hills). This position is scheduled and reports to the Corewell Health East Flex Office located at the Corewell Health Southfield Center.

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures performs diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques.

Qualifications

• Required associate’s degree or equivalent Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 2 years of relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level. Required
