Job summary

Corewell Health East is seeking an MRI Technologist Flex B to float across Royal Oak, Troy, Grosse Pointe and Farmington Hills locations. The role reports to the Corewell Health East Flex Office in Southfield, performing diagnostic MR exams with appropriate imaging equipment according to policy.

Requires an associate degree, 2 years post-staff radiographer experience, and MRI-related certifications upon hire. Part-time schedule with variable shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a JRCERT-accredited Radiography program.
• 2 years of relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level.
• MRI-related certifications required upon hire (ARRT/ARMRIT/ARDMS/NMTCB as applicable).
• BLS certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MR exams using appropriate imaging equipment and techniques.
• Float within assigned hospitals as needed.
• Follow established policies and procedures and ensure patient safety during imaging procedures.

Job description

Scope of Work

The MRI Technologist Flex B agrees to float within assigned hospitals throughout Corewell Health East (Royal Oak, Troy, Grosse Pointe and Farmington Hills). This position is scheduled and reports to the Corewell Health East Flex Office located at the Corewell Health Southfield Center. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures performs diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques.

Qualifications

• Required associate's degree or equivalent Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 2 years of relevant experience beyond staff radiographer level. Required
