Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences or AMA-approved Radiologic Technology graduate.
• Specific training in Magnetic Resonance Technology.
• 1–5 years MRI experience.
• Registered with ARRT.
• Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Medical Radiologic Technologist - General.
• ARRT and/or NMCRT MRI certification.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures under the direction of a Radiologist with technical detail.
• Performs a variety of MRI procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.
• Prioritizes patient safety and high-quality imaging.
