Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Wichita, KS seeks an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnostics and maintain comprehensive imaging records.

The role requires ARRT certification in Radiography, Kansas licensure (where applicable), and BLS. Strong MRI knowledge and excellent communication are essential in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• Active Kansas state licensure (if applicable).
• BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of MRI equipment and imaging techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety by screening for contraindications and monitoring during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal image quality.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate diagnostics.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Educate patients on procedures and address any concerns or questions.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
