Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking an evening shift, full-time MRI Technologist to join Hillcrest Hospital South. You will operate high-field MRI equipment, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (AMA-approved or equivalent).
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Operate high field strength MRI and related equipment to produce quality images.
• Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during the scan.
• Position patients and start IVs as needed.
• Load and operate power injectors for contrast media administration.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and transmit to PACS.
• Operate the scanner to provide cross-sectional images for medical treatment and diagnosis.

Education

Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology training program
