Job summary

OU Health is seeking an MRI Technologist for the Breast Health Network at Waterview Park. This entry-level role may be filled at Level I, II, or III based on experience and credentials, with potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

The position involves preparing patients, performing MRI exams, administering contrast, and ensuring image quality under supervision. Cardiac MRI-trained staff will handle additional imaging sequences and ECG gating as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited imaging, radiology or nuclear medicine program as defined by ARRT or ARMRIT.
• Completion of JRCERT accredited Military Educational Program is accepted in lieu of other educational requirements.
• ARRT(RT) or ARMRIT certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Associate's Degree required for Level II/III.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine MRI examinations under direct supervision and standard protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered exams.
• Safely administer contrast per protocol.
• Transfer images to EMR/PACS and complete basic documentation.
• Participate in quality control checks and equipment maintenance.
• Support continuing education and professional development.
