Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking an MRI Technologist in California to perform high-quality MRI exams and ensure patient safety.

You will operate MRI equipment, adjust TR/TE parameters, administer contrast when needed, and guide patients through procedures with clear, compassionate communication. The role requires ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification, state radiologic tech licensing if applicable, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
• Must have BLS certification.
• Venipuncture certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Understand and use MRI parameters to produce high quality images.
• Guide patients through the exam procedures and answer questions.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient health information and property at the site.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
