Wmchealth in New York seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in MRI to operate MRI scanners, position patients and acquire diagnostic images for physician review. Under general supervision, you will maintain the MRI console and peripheral hardware, perform MRI procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Certification in ARRT MRI and NYS licensure are required, with at least two years of MRI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS license as Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiography and ARRT MRI certification.
• Two years of experience in MRI in a hospital or private radiology service.
• Experience operating MRI equipment and positioning patients for scans.

Responsabilités

• Operate MRI scanners to acquire diagnostic images for physician review.
• Position patients properly and ensure comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain and adjust MRI console and peripheral hardware as required.
