Intermountain Health in Butte, MT seeks an Imaging Technologist to operate imaging equipment for diagnostic purposes under radiologist direction. The role requires ARRT certification, Montana licensure or eligibility, BLS, and the ability to position patients, monitor procedures and manage records in the EMR.

You will perform imaging with strict adherence to radiation safety, HIPAA privacy, and quality assurance, with potential on-call shifts and occasional department float as needed.

Qualificações

• Current ARRT certification
• Montana licensure or eligibility to obtain
• BLS certification
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific information

Responsabilidades

• Input physician orders into patient records and update EMR records accurately
• Educate and explain imaging procedures to patients to reduce anxiety
• Position patient and operate imaging equipment per radiologist
• Monitor patients during procedures and maintain safety protocols
