Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure: BLS (basic or advanced), ARRT-MR or ARMRIT registration.
• Experience/Knowledge: Ability to lift and/or maneuver patients with others to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures, prepares patients, explains procedures, and positions patients for the MRI scanner; ensures image quality.
• Monitors and enters patient data; administers contrast when necessary.
• Performs quality assurance on MRI equipment and supports accreditation processes.
