Northside Hospital in the Atlanta area is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team. The role involves operating MRI equipment to produce tomographic images of designated body parts, with a focus on high-quality imaging and patient safety.
Required credentials include ARRT MR or RT or ARMRIT MR certification, plus BLS; one year of MRI experience and additional Life Support certifications are preferred to support specialized units and patient care standards.

Utilizes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body.
REQUIRED
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
Registered Technologist by ARRT (RT) or
Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or
ARMRIT (MR)
Must hold Certification in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
PREFERRED
One (1) year of experience in MRI.
Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
