Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging for diagnostic and research purposes in a clinical setting.

The role requires strong MRI safety knowledge, ability to educate others, and independence to work within quality initiatives and established protocols. Certification by ARRT/ARMRIT or NMTCB and a specialty training in Radiologic Technology are expected, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong MRI safety knowledge and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Obtain orders, identify patients, and prep for exams with confidentiality.
• Use MRI protocols, optimize factors, and follow ALARA to ensure patient safety.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications, including vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate image quality, verify data transfer, and perform post-processing as needed.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers on safety principles.
