Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network in Sellersville, PA, is seeking an MRI Technologist to ensure continuous care for patients undergoing MRI studies, communicate findings to radiologists, and maintain image quality for PACS.

The role requires ARRT or ARMRIT eligibility with MRI registry; 2 years of staff technologist experience preferred; BLS certification within 3 months; teamwork and ongoing education are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program, or ARRT or ARMRIT registered, or ARRT or ARMRIT registry eligible.
• Advanced MRI registry required within 1 year of hire.
• Two years of experience as a staff technologist preferred; 1-year MRI technologist experience preferred; Current BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful technical continuity of care for patients receiving MRI studies.
• Communicate clinical observations to radiologists; present patient history as documented.
• Demonstrate venipuncture skills for contrast administration.
• Maintain knowledge of RIS/HIS modules related to job responsibilities.
• Contribute to Radiology Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement program.
