Job summary

RadNet in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an MRI Technologist to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care. You will perform MRI exams, ensure patient safety, and communicate clearly with patients and physicians.

Required ARRT MR or ARMRIT, state license if applicable, and BLS certification. Venipuncture training may be required depending on state rules. RadNet offers strong benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Venipuncture certificate may be required depending on state regulations.
• One year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to policies and protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed, safely and effectively.
• Adjust TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness and FOV to produce quality images.
• Guide patients through procedures and answer questions.
