Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform all MRI procedures according to department policies, ensure patient safety, and participate in on-call rotation. The role requires careful image processing, RIS entries, and collaboration with radiologists to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong anatomy knowledge, patient communication, and safety consciousness, with required MR safety training and ARRT licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved radiologic technology program.
• Registered/licensed radiologic technologist with MR safety knowledge.
• Ability to perform MRI procedures with patient care and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all MRI procedures per department protocols.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging.
• Process and archive images for radiologist review.
• participates in on-call rotation and supports team
