Qualifications

• ARRT RT(R)(MR) MRI certification within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Prepares and explains exams to patients
• Maintains anatomy/physiology/pathology knowledge to optimize procedures
• Performs MRI imaging procedures per patient status and protocols
• Ensures MRI safety for patients, families and staff
• Assists in QA and education of staff and students
• Documents results and processes exams to PACS
• Takes call as scheduled
