Job summary

Hmixray in Escondido, CA is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams, ensure patient safety, and administer contrast when needed. You will optimize imaging parameters and communicate clearly with patients throughout the process.

The role requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, state licensure if applicable, and BLS. Prior diagnostic imaging experience is preferred. We offer a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification is required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology may be required by state.
• BLS certification is required.
• Venipuncture certificate may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Understand and adjust MRI settings to produce high quality images.
• Guide patients through the exam process with clear communication.
