Job summary

Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures, including setup, scanning and filming, while coordinating with radiologists and other clinicians. Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent radiologic technology program.
• MRI technologist training program completed or coursework.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist license.
• Upon hire: BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: ARRT MR certification or equivalent national MR credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures including setup, scanning, and filming.
• Communicate with radiologists, physicians, patients and families.
• Perform contrast injections and quality control tasks.
• Maintain day-to-day schedules and assist radiologists.
• Operate and maintain MR and related equipment; respond to on-call requirements.
