RAYUS Radiology is seeking a dedicated MR Technologist to join our team. We aim to revolutionize radiology by emphasizing its critical role in diagnosis and treatment. Join us and shine brighter together!

Job Summary:

Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images, provide leadership and technical support, and ensure high standards of patient care and safety. This full-time position is scheduled evenings, from 1:00pm to 9:00pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Patient Imaging (80%)
   • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision.
   • Screen patients for precautions or contraindications.
   • Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures.
   • Adjust scan parameters as needed.
   • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and communicate effectively with patients and physicians.
   • Follow physicians' orders and safety regulations.
   • Maintain accurate patient records and a clean work environment.
   • Maintain ACR accreditation standards.
2. Department Support (15%)
   • Maintain and disinfect equipment.
   • Assist with protocol updates and inventory management.
   • Support training of new staff.
3. Other duties (5%)

Minimum Requirements:

• ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
• ARRT advanced MR certification.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved radiography school; licensed if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in MR and radiographic procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual abilities.
