Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health's MMC Specialty Care Center is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI procedures within quality standards, identifying safety concerns and reporting any hazards while ensuring excellent patient care and imaging quality.

The role requires 1-3 years of radiology experience, NJ licensure, ARRT/ARMRIT certification, and BLS. You will support equipment upkeep and collaborate with physicians and staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Trade/Vocational Program in Radiologic Technology.
• 1-3 years of general radiology experience.
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License.
• ARRT certification or ARMRIT certification.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI procedures per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report safety concerns, hazards, and medical errors.
• Ensure high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care.

MRI Technologist

At RWJBarnabas Health, MRI Technologists perform diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging procedures within the scope defined by regulatory and departmental quality standards. They are responsible for identifying and reporting safety concerns, including hazardous environments and medical errors, while ensuring exceptional patient care and imaging quality.
