Job summary

Barrington Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to join our imaging team in Schaumburg and Bartlett. The role requires ARRT MRI certification, BLS, and at least 2 years of MRI orthopedic experience, with proficiency in venipuncture and contrast administration.

Qualifications

• Must have experience on Hitachi Echelon 1.5T.
• Current/valid ARRT MRI certification.
• Maintain BLS credentialed from the American Heart Association.

• Able to perform venipuncture and administer contrast media.
• Navigate electronic medical records; Athena and PACS experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient safety, including pre-screening and research.
• Operate MRI equipment and ensure accurate imaging procedures.
• Assist with contrast administration and patient prep as per protocols.

Barrington Orthopedic Specialists was established in 1980 with a philosophy of treating patients as you would want to be treated. The practice has remained as the premier orthopedic provider of the northwest Chicago suburbs, providing compassionate, individualized care for patients' bones, joints, and muscle injuries and conditions.

Requirements :

$36.00 - $42.00 depending on experience.
