MaineHealth in Scarborough, ME is hiring MRI Technologist I for the Evening shift at Maine Medical Center. The position performs basic MRI exams and procedures.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program; ARRT MR or ARMRIT eligibility with advanced MRI certification within one year; current BLS or within 30 days; no experience required (1 year preferred); cervical stabilization training required.

Multiple MRI Technologist openings are available across various schedules on Evening Shift at our Scarborough Campus.

The MRI Technologist I role performs basic MRI exams and procedures.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology required, graduate of an MRI program preferred, or completion of a direct pathway program.
• License/Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT--MR) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) MRI certification- eligible. Must complete advanced certification in MRI by ARRT or ARMRIT within one year of hire. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: No experience required; one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Complete cervical stabilization training.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A

The pay range for this position is $37.09 to $50.17 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
