Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
- Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
- Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
- Understand and use TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view, and other adjustments on the equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Guide patients through the exam process by explaining steps and answering questions.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Safeguard patient property and health information.
- Safeguard medications on site according to policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain respect for company property and patient information.
- Exhibit professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
You Are

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
- ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification.
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (if applicable).
- BLS certification.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred).
