When you join us as an MRI Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Perform high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
  • Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
  • Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
  • Understand and use TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view, and other adjustments and factors on the equipment to produce high-quality images.
  • Guide patients through the process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
  • Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information, demonstrating competency in confidentiality.
  • Safeguard medications on-site in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information on-site or on patient portals.
  • Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers, responding to their needs.
  • Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
  • Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification.
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, if applicable.
  • BLS certification.
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
