Job summary

Hansen Family Hospital’s Imaging Services is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures per physician orders in a community-focused setting. The ideal candidate is MRI certified, detail-oriented, and committed to safe, high-quality imaging through compassionate patient care.

Qualifications include ARRT MRI certification, Iowa Permit to Practice, CPR, and at least five years of MRI experience preferred. Full-time position with competitive benefits; post-offer drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with current Iowa Permit to Practice.
• ARRT MRI certification and CPR certification required or able to obtain on hire.
• Five (5) years MRI experience in hospital or outpatient setting preferred.

Job description

Our Imaging Services department is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality imaging services in a community-centered healthcare environment while working alongside a collaborative team committed to exceptional patient care. The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols. The ideal candidate is MRI certified, detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care while ensuring safety and image quality. Interested candidates will be a Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with current Iowa Permit to Practice, ARRT certification, ARRT MRI certification, and CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Five (5) years previous MRI experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred.
