Great River Health is hiring an MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners and produce high-quality diagnostic images. You will follow safety guidelines, document scan sequences, and ensure patient comfort throughout the imaging process.
Qualified candidates will have ARRT licensure, MRI board certification within a year if not already certified, and BLS. Prior MRI experience and healthcare exposure are preferred. This role requires flexibility for varied hours at Great River Health facilities.
Minimum Hiring Wage: From $35.79 per hour
Job Details: Scheduled Hours: Variable
Job Description: Operate MRI scanners/equipment to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body for diagnostic purposes. Produce quality images as directed by radiologists and providers for the diagnosis or treatment of anatomic or physiologic disorders. Demonstrate knowledge of general and cross- sectional anatomy, technical factors, MRI safety, and basic computer skills. Function to work independently and in a cooperative manner in teamwork- oriented atmosphere within the department and hospital wide. Must be able to provide exceptional patient care and satisfaction skills to all customers of the Great River Health. Competent in all routine MRI protocols and procedures, MRI safety and patient care, for all populations.
