Short Description

• Interview and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to ensure safety and contraindications.
• Perform MRI procedures following protocols established by Radiologists.
• Begin studies, transfer images, document patient history, and complete studies in EPIC/EMR and PACS systems.
• Experience with Cardiac and Pediatrics MRI preferred.
• Siemens MRI experience preferred.
• Properly apply MRI-compatible monitoring systems/IV infusion pumps when necessary.
• Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills to manage daily workflow effectively.

Experience Required

• At least 1 year of MRI experience.
• Cardiac and Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Education Requirements

Graduate of an approved AMA RT Program.

License/Certification Requirements

• Current ARRT License (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• Current BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
