MRI Technologist (PRN) (Evenings and Weekends)

Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to ensure safety and cooperation during MRI exams.
  • Prepare patients and perform MRI procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Operate MRI equipment proficiently and coordinate activities within the MRI department.
  • Maintain a safe environment and manage patient information confidentially.
  • Represent the department professionally and communicate courteously with patients and staff.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and provide clinical instruction as needed.
Qualifications
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology.
  • Preferred: ARRT registration in MR and current Ohio Radiology Technologist license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
  • At least two years of MRI experience preferred, along with PACS knowledge.
  • CPR certification within 3 months of hire and maintained current.
