Job summary

Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR is seeking a Senior MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations per physician orders, optimizing imaging with attention to patient-specific factors.

The role requires valid Oregon MRI licensure (or temporary), BLS certification, and ARRT MRI credentials with timely renewal within set periods. This is a full-time day-shift position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License or Temporary License.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists.

Responsibilities

• Performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing MRI equipment and considering patient needs to produce optimal images.

Senior MRI Technologist at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR.

Full-Time/Day Shift - Wednesday - Saturday from 7am-5:30pm

$8,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

The MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment, taking into account an individual patient special or age-related needs. Utilizes knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images.

Pay Range: $43.64 - $67.74
