Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an MRI Technician for an in-office, 12-week travel assignment in Foley, AL. Start date ASAP. Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. ARRT(MR) and BLS certifications are required, with 1+ years MRI experience preferred.

The candidate should be able to image soft tissue, brain, spine, and joints under radiologist direction, with or without contrast media, and hold a state radiography license where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of MRI experience.
• ARRT(MR) and BLS certifications required.
• Graduate AMA school and MR registry preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely imaging services to inpatients and outpatients under Radiologist supervision.
• Adjust imaging parameters to study soft tissue, brain, spine, joints with/without contrast.

Required: ARRT(MR), BLS, 1+yrs recent MRI exp

It is preferred but not required that the MRI Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT); has Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT and maintains a State License as a general radiographer.

The MRI Technologist is responsible for providing timely imaging services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include: ability to change imaging parameters to study soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities with or without the use of contrast media.
