Job summary

A health services provider in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a full-time MRI Technician for their weekend program. The ideal candidate will perform MRI procedures using proper techniques while ensuring patient safety and equipment maintenance. An associate degree in Allied Health is required, along with CPR certification and preferred MRI registry. This position does not require prior job experience but one year of MRI experience is preferred. Hours are Friday to Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field required.
• Preferred: coursework in MRI physics within 6 months of hire.
• No prior job-related experience required, but one year MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures utilizing proper techniques.
• Coordinate patient flow and MRI activities safely.
• Maintain equipment and may perform procedures in other modalities.

Cross-sectional anatomy
