Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree.
• Type of degree: Allied Health with Medical Imaging Sciences focus and MRI physics coursework to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: Additional MRI-related coursework or credentials could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs MRI using proper techniques and contrast media.
• Coordinates patient flow and MRI scanner activities, including MRI safe practices.
• Maintains equipment and may perform procedures in other imaging modalities as needed.
• May have on-call responsibilities.
