Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an MRI Tech for Radiology Resources Pool at Toledo Hospital. The position offers a 40-hour week, afternoons shift, and a tiered pay model with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

ARRT MRI registration is required or MRI registry within one year, CPR certification is necessary, and licensure must comply with state requirements. Flexible scheduling across several facilities in Toledo area and full-time benefits are provided.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school graduate/GED

Skills: Must be able to cope with the stressful situations and handle deadlines in a demanding, fast paced medical environment. Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills. Must be competent in the use of facility communication systems and equipment (e.g., phones, fax machines, RIS/PACS). Must maintain proficiency in venipuncture and IV contrast safety.

Years of Experience: N/A

License: Must be registered by the ARRT. If not ARRT-MRI registered, must pass MRI registry within one year of accepting the position. Must be licensed by state where required or ARDMS (American registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board).

Certification: CPR certified

A tier‑based pay structure is used, with compensation increasing at each tier.

Float Locations include Toledo, Oregon, Sylvania, Fremont, Fostoria (OH), and Monroe, Adrian (MI).

Must be registered by the ARRT.MRI Resource Pool technologists are required to be MRI‑registered upon hire and must have a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
