Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging and ensure patient safety. You will select proper technical factors based on procedure and patient characteristics, and communicate procedures clearly to patients.

The role requires ARRT registration with state licensure as applicable, CPR certification, and adherence to protocols. This full-time night-shift position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be ARRT registered; if registry eligible, pass within one year.
• Must be licensed by state or ARDMS/NMTCB as applicable.
• Current CPR certification.

Job Summary:

MRI Technologists make a significant difference in a patient’s care. Delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging allows providers to make informed decisions regarding patient treatment and management. In this role, you will select proper technical factors based on procedure, diagnosis, age, size, weight and anatomical differences and general health status of patients. You must demonstrate the knowledge to identify educational needs, obtain a patient’s history, and use easily understood terminology for explaining procedures and care to patients. REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be registered by the ARRT.
• If registry eligible, must pass registry within one year of accepting the position.
• Must be licensed by state where required or ARDMS (American registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board).
• Current CPR
