Job summary

Piedmont Macon North in Macon, Georgia is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist to support imaging services on an as-needed basis.

MRI Technologists image anatomical and physiologic conditions under the direct guidance of the Radiologist and provide care to patients across neonatal to geriatric ages.

Minimum education includes an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited training; ARRT in Radiography; BLS; and 6 months MRI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program.
• 6 months MRI experience preferred.
• Registered by ARRT in Radiography.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI examinations under supervision of a Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Adhere to prescribed imaging standards and safety guidelines.
