Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital in Covington, Georgia is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams on a PRN basis. You will image anatomical and physiological conditions under radiologist guidance and provide patient-centered care across all ages.

The role requires completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program with ARRT Radiography certification and a BLS credential. Prior MRI experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
• 6 months MRI experience preferred but not required.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R).
• BLS certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image MRI studies to assist physicians in diagnosis.
• Perform diagnostic MR examinations under supervision of Radiologist.
• Provide patient care across neonatal to geriatric populations.
