Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist for our Orlando, FL outpatient imaging center. This is an as-needed onsite position, offering flexible scheduling based on coverage needs, including potential weekend and weekday shifts. This position has the potential to become a hybrid remote/onsite role, operating the ROCC (Radiology Operations Command Center).

Position Overview
This PRN MRI Technologist role involves performing high-quality scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and working collaboratively with clinical teams to support exceptional radiologic care.
Essential Job Functions
Perform MRI scans using advanced outpatient imaging systems
Position patients, ensure comfort, and educate them on procedures
Pre-screen for safety concerns, contrast allergies, and contraindications
Monitor image quality and repeat when necessary for diagnostic accuracy
Participate in quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and safety checks
Support a strong clinical team and mentor technologist assistants as needed
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of Radiologic Technology program
ARRT certification in MRI
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
Preferred:
ACLS certification
Multimodality experience
Strong MRI safety and imaging knowledge
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
Physical & Work Requirements
Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and assist patients without restrictions
Flexible availability for PRN scheduling (may include days, evenings, or weekends)
